All Ivybrook materials, systems, and documentation remain the property of Ivybrook. Clients retain ownership of their business information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivybrook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription. Upon termination, Ivybrook will relinquish access in a controlled manner.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
